Neither side wants to actually see a fight... they just enjoy baiting each other into troll wars...

Can you imagine the General section after a Mayweather/Pac fight? We'd see a record number of accounts entering inactivity.

 

this announcement is very silly.

They have not even talked to the other side yet and they already have a place and time for the fight. WTF kind of negotiation is that..... it's like they've pointed a gun to Pac's head and they want him to agree and sign the contract.

 

Thats right neither of these guys really want the fight. I think if Pacquiao agreed to take the tests he would be putting the ball in Mayweathers court. But he won't because he feels like he can be beaten of course the old shot men he's been fighting have little chance of doing that.

 

OT: I'll believe it when Manny sets a date in stone, or fight night itself. Hopelessly weird **** happens in this sport. I hope Guerrero and Matthyse make good returns.

 

There was no negotiation. Floyd just announced that he would fight again in May 5. No opponent was mention. Team Floyd dropped some hints though of their preference.

 

Floyd's team is doing this **** in the media again.

 

You're ******ed if you think they don't want to see this fight. They are simply supporting their fighter wherever they stand. As long as they can back things up I have no problem with them.

Floyd hasn't wanted a tough fight in over a decade, and it's now been two-plus years since Pac has seemed interested in a live body.
Both guys are finished as real fighters with real fights on their minds, and the *****s and *******s can spend the rest of eternity arguing over whose fault it is that it never happened.
