Arum: Freddy Roach is wrong

    Here's Arum's response after being asked if he agrees with Roach's assessment that Marquez won't go past six round;

    "No, because what Freddie doesn't realize is that Marquez is a very intelligent fighter and (trainer Nacho) Beristain is very intelligent and they're going to have to make and will make adjustments for Manny's right hand,"

    Interesting comments from Arum. Just a week ago, Manny's right hand was so devastating that he would stop Mayweather in 3 or 4 rounds. i guess we'll see if Freddy or Arum is right in a little over a week.

    Arum has been losing his touch lately. Usually he can manipulate people better, but everybody can see right through him now

    Arum is about his paper. Telling the media it's going to be over in 6 rounds lends credence to the notion that this is a lopsided fight that is two years late in the making

    Only reasonable conclusion is the lightweight JMM has a better chin than the welterweight Floyd Mayweather. :D

    Arum is pouring Kool Aid is all. He wants people to believe this will be a tough and long fight and worth the PPV dollars, and it may well be.

    Arum is senile but Pac did improve his right hand. Granted that Hattons glass jaw got exposed but still his right hand got better.

    Its things like this quote which make me hate Arum. Roach has more boxing knowledge in the tips of his asshair than Arum has in his whole body, who the **** is he to tell him what he "doesn't realise" about a fighter?
