While I think this doctor is an idiot for talking about this in the media, instead of talking to Vitali in person, which makes me question his motives, but I do think he probably knows what he is talking about.
People with Parkinson disease have characteristic movements, facial expressions and body posture besides the tremor that is usually associated with the disease . Maybe that is what he noticed. However, that is in no way 100% diagnostic of Parkinson disease and also it was in very bad judgment to release this to the media.

Bernard Hopkins can never find his corner. It takes him 10 seconds to get there. Its been going on since the Taylor fights and even in Pascal 2 it happened.
He stands there, looks around or just walks to the wrong ****ing corner.
    :nut
Id take that over not able to KO someone.

The characteristics of PD besides tremor are a stooped posture, unexpressive face, quick shuffling steps, lack of swinging of the arms while walking, etc...
All of these movements as well as the tremor are controled by the basal ganglia, which is a part of the brain affected in parkinson disease.
If Vitali has these characteristics, which is a big if, it's only a red flag that something may be wrong, not that he has P Disease.
The Doctor in my opinion used very very poor judgment.

I hope Vitaly sues this quack. Who ever heard of a doctor diagnosing
something like parkinson's disease by watching a fight on TV. Did michael
J Fox get his diagnosis of early signs of PD when he was on family ties?
    Faaaaaaack NO!
Besides, hard blows to the head doctor? you must have the elder klit
    confused with some other heavyweight.

I can see this to be the case. Both brothers appear rather fidgety to me. I think Wlad may be further along.

How? Quite a lot of people would say Adamek is the best win he has, it's certaily one of his top 5 anyway. Not to mention his fight with Solis was his previous fight who I and most others considered to be at least the 5th best heavy around at the time of the fight.

I wonder what diagnosis Dr. Degen would give James Toney after listening to him babble incoherently for a few minutes.
