He should not fight above 154 PERIOD... unless its to fight duddy... besides that... believe me, 160 is too much for him. And its unfair to ask him to fight guys like taylor and pavlik who are that much bigger then him. Pavlik would dwarf tito in the ring.
Miranda would knock tito out.. believe me. I wouldnt want to see that fight because that win would mean nothing... miranda would be so much stronger, and people forget that miranda is one shotting middleweights and supermiddleweights.... this isnt 154lbs... it would show in the ring... The only fighter 160 and above id consider an acceptable fight for tito is Duddy Sturm (in which he could get a middle strap... ) then at 154 theres PLENTY of fights to be made Bunema Roman Ike Forrest and honestly? even though hes on the slide id still like to see Trinidad vs Cotto
Trinidad would have to KILL himslef to make 154. He could do it but he would have to put his body through hell. Anyone who is worth fighting and can box will give him hell easy. Remember this. Trinidad only won those 3 rounds to a washed up RJJ because RJJ wasn't doing crap. He was just standing there doing nothing. Once Jones started letting his hands go and moving a bit he creamed Tito. Trinidad should retire before he gets hurt. he is so lucky Jones isn't what he was when he was KO people.
:good This really sums it up. Trinidad has had only 4 fights in the last 6 years, last won a fight in 2004. He gave a good effort against Roy, but has lost so much of his sharpness and precision. I hope he retires.
I think he should hang'em up. What does a win against Duddy or Mora will do for him? Certainly not too much. I hope he retires for his own good.
Tito couldnt hurt RJ cause he was too big, any 154lbr im sure he can hurt. I dont care if there movers, thats one thing hes got is one punch power. RJ was just too big to be hurt by tito. But tito had a strong showing imo
I would like to see Tito and Cotto fight at 154 if Tito could make that weight:think He doesnt have quite the power at 160 so i say he should retire
