It's not as big a deal to lose.....as long as you come back strong.

Yeah, when he survived the kd in the first round it was clear his recuperative ability was different than the Ishida fight.

Well, it's always been known that he's susceptible to a knockdown from a good shot. It didn't even take Ishida to tell us that; it was known as far back as Kirkland-Conyers.

Chin is about resistance AND recovery, though. Kirkland's former is poor and his latter is great.

He got dropped hard by Allen Conyers but came back to knock him out.

He got dropped by Ishida, but kept getting up to his credit. Ishida was just all over him and never really allowed him to fully use his powers of recovery.

He got dropped hard by Angulo and came back to beat the **** out of him for five and a half more rounds.

Fair enough. I really didn't see much different tonight from the Ishida fight though except he had Angulo in there.

yeah he was outboxed, Kirkland OUTFOUGHT a guy who supposedly can't be outfought. It's cool though, some people still don't wanna give Kirkland credit saying Angulo tired him self out, but his opponent was the cause of that. You have never seen Angulo get a beating like that. Obviously Kirkland deserves credit
