I think he should go back to Scotland. I'm sure ****** would take him. He'd come in handy for the Burns cards in Scotland. Put him in with Smigga on Burns' next card. He'll have Nelson in his corner.

Unfortunately, I don't think HBO will be interested in televising him after that defeat. Kellerman himself alluded to that. What do you think the best course of action is for him?

Go back to Scotland, work his was back up by winning a british belt, then go for the European after, id agree with you Elvis. Its an easier route to titles than fighting in America was.

Totally agree with you, get back to Scotland, drop Young & get back with Admiral Nelson. Im really hurting about what happened to Craig last night, but he can still be a scottish great IMO, its not the end of the world for him, BUT he needs to get settled back home & fight on these shores for a while.

I have to agree that McEwan need to fight more in Scotland and build his stock up again it can be done as he was a talented fighter . but on the night both McEwan and Quillin where very poor atleast McEwan tried to fight but looked out of sorts and also looked as if he didnt want to be in there not sure about Quillin he aint no world beater either maybe just a bad night for him and MCewan but like billy already said maybe not enough time to get fit but the guy needed the money so took the chance which in hindsight was the wrong thing to do

Craig seems like a good bloke and is a good operator. He needs to sign with Frank and try and win the commonwealth or British title in his next few fights. Plenty of good middleweights out there domestically.

He also looks slow and almost clumsy on his feet. As ana amateur, and I mean against the best amateurs Craig was fast, good footwork, great timing and angles and could fight going forward or back.

That guy he was fighting last night was poor, and if thats the best Craig has to offer now, pack it in, or he'll get hurt.

However Billys already spoken of their not being enough time to prepare, and with the best will in thw world, having your pals in the corner doesnt work. It hasnt for fighters far better than Craig. Remember Tyson and his buddies in Tokyo?

I think Craig needs to be rebuilt, to come home, get with Billy and get busy. Out every 6 weeks against progressively better opponents. Paul Smith already been mentioned, and then see where they go.

he may be a great bloke, prob is,but is quite a poor boxer,he looked clueless last night.

he could of gone on,the stoppage was poor, but if it went on he could of got knocked cold, ive seen him a few times now, never been impressed. he may win a british title, get him in with smithy, think smithy could beat him

I have seen a good few of his fights now and McEwan is a poor boxer. Has absolutely no jab, seems weak for the weight, and couldn't crack an egg. He should go back to Scotland and fight domestically for a while. He's a nice guy though.

The positive out of this is he had a very bad night yet on three judges cards was only two rounds down the stoppage was a disgrace so maybe with a little more tweaking and I think he should try and get with either Hatton or either the Franks as he has more than enough ability to be a British champion and maybe european and I think he needs keep his family at home and concentrate on boxing and the family join in after the fight as I see on his facebook both his wife and kids where there before the fight but like most I am disappointed but it just a bad day at the office and maybe next week when he home sit down with his family andcoaches who ever they are at look at it all

Well i said he would take his hiding and that is what occured.

He f*cked up when he was fighting Lee, should have won that fight really.

Now he will probably have to come back to Scotland and fight for peanuts
