If any of the other "top fighters" decide to get in the ring with Bute Im sure Lucian has more than just a good chance at beating them I think he is very versatile and well rounded He also is very quick and powerful Froch is tough too and a much better boxer than given credit for Ward is very solid in boxing ability and athletic ability but I could really see Bute beat both their toss up fights I do think Bute beats the fading Kessler My question is will Froch get in the ring once the tournament is over
Froch v Bute would be a hell of a fight, and probably a very interesting chess match. I'd pay to see it. Ward beats both of them handily, but the battle of the runner-ups (Kessler, Froch, Bute) could be very interesting.
I agree with most, Bute isn't the same leval of fighter as Froch,Ward, or Dirrell. He could probably beat Kessler though.
Froch and Bute both fight with hands low. In my opinion stylewise this is an advantage for Ward. Bute as quicker head movements to go along with is style and a more complete set of punchs then Froch. Thats probably why he is already calling out for Froch before the results of Ward/Froch. I would be really surprised if Froch did not show interest in the fight
His trainer in that interview said he finds it fair that him and Froch fight in US. They don't want to go to UK and understand he does not want to fight in Canada. They want to have the fight in the US.
Both Showtime and Interbox want Bute to fight in the NE US, probably MSG or AC in his next fight. Bute wants either Ward/Froch, but the winner obviously. Both Ward and Froch don't want Bute, but ya gotta think that Frcoh will not pass on this title shot if he's to lose next month. A Bute fight in MSG would likely generate around $10-12 million and Bute's been fairly square with his first offers, usually around 30%. Seems Carl would have about 3.5 mil reasons to get his ass over the Atlantic and into the Money Square Garden for this shot at redemption.:deal
:huh and who exactly are those "most" you're talking about? And before you say anything, The president doesn't qualify as "most".
