running to training and back

    I always run to my gym about 2 miles and then after the training I run back, is this bad for my legs or health ? a friend of mine said it isn't right for my muscles, is this true?

    No, it will do you good, just make sure that you warm up and warm down properly. And that your boxing training isn't compromised because of the extra running.
