It was not an official win so its not an official title win. Toney had a great career and he even held regional titles at heayweight (WBC Continental and NABO) also he held the IBA Title as well.

 

He was a cheat who should've been banned for life. Boxers who who take drugs for whatever reason are treated way to leniently. Jones was another who got off lightly. I'm for zero tolerance.
