Quite a thing, to be called the greatest Heavyweight of all time without even defeating a single great Heavyweight!

he was still undertrained. he was lethargic throughout the match and achieved mostly what he did in the fight based off of his skills, not because of his skills and any combination of conditioning.

Lewis had no excuse. Vitali has 10 days notice, Lewis had a full training camp!

That may have had a little bit to do with getting rocked early and in about the toughest fight of his life.

Lewis lost to two fighters with lesser ability then himself also. Most great fighters have losses so does Vitali. But I still maintain that Vitali is a hard boxer to out point or knock out because it has never been that close to happening. So far the way to beat Vitali is to damage his skin as it is his weakest link.

Both had a full training camp, as they were both scheduled to fight on the card. Lewis against Kirk Johnson. Vitali against Cedric Boswell.

that doesn't matter. Undoubtedly Lewis was past his prime. and what does he need an excuse for? He beat Vitali. I guess you klitschko fan ***gots will never accept that though.

You can yell and scream all you want till you get your heart attack:rofl

It won't change the fact that Vitali beat Lewis into retirement. It won't change the fact that Vit is in completely different league, heads and shoulders better then Lennox.

    Enjoy :hi:

Klits should never be mentioned among the greats they never beat anyone good. And there is no arguing that.
