Just watched it, watched the Cotto fight and he did land a lot of shots too as well the ones he missed. But I see the point of the video, when a guy infront of him is using movement, of feet and head, he has a tendency to be off balance, to lunge, to throw sloppy punches and get his feet tangled up. Stuff like that is food and drink to Floyd who can do that all night and make Manny pay every time he misses. So based on the clips shown, it suggests an easy nights work.

HOWEVER, He's quick, thows a lot of punches, and can take a shot. He will pose problems and the fight is not a foregone conclusion. I have always felt Floyd has the style and skills to beat Pacman. But Pac presents his own set of problems. Just I think his success will be limited, as he will have a difficult time finding Floyd and but what he can do is win rounds on work rate, as Floyd may spend a lot of time in defensive mode, he will likely lose some rounds. So even if Pac isn't landing so many of his shots, he may steal rounds just on work rate. So again, it's not a foregone conclusion.

I think Floyd wins on points but gives away a few rounds.

Obviously Floyd doesn't agree with this video or he'd be confident of beating him anyway, PEDs or no PEDs.

    Hmmm:

    http://www.***********.com/forums/view.php?pg=pacquiao-cotto-compubox-stats

    http://www.***********.com/forums/view.php?pg=pacquiao-mosley-compubox

The most telling part is that he is landing 50% of his power shots!

I'm not going to say he's the most skilled fighter, but he does thrive off his own technique which thrives off his physical abilities. Looks can be deceiving, he isn't an 8 weight world champ because he is just some lucky bum. Each fighter has to do what works for them, and Pacquiao found what works for him. Because he fights so different it's harder for other fighters to analyze him and break him down.

I do favor Mayweather, but that video was just plain biased. Mayweather has some unfavorable outcomes in parts of fights as well. If we showed clips of him getting hit or missing punches he would look sloppy too.

That's actually a really good video.

Unsurprisingly, it's been flamed several times within a page. This is ESB after all.

That is a very objsective video. Well researched and comprehensive.

TBH, Pac misses a lot of punches.

Against Mosley, Pac actually missed 173 punches out of 353 power punches he threw. That is awful lot of punches to miss. His connect rate is a mediocre 50 per cent.

Against a punching bag margarito, he even missed a bigger number of punches. He actually did not connect 301 times out of his 713 power punches. He jsut hit margarito with 411 power punches, considering that Margarito is a human punching bag.

Against Cotto, that is another all time low and pitiful number. He actually missed 284 power punches, connecting only a laughable 276 power punches. His connect rate is a abysmal 49 per cent.

And his bout with hatton? That was shockingly horrible. Out of 105 power punches, he was only able to connect 65 for a ridiculously low rate of 62 per cent.

Aaginst the master of turtle shell, joshua Clottey, Pac performed much worse. Out of his 682 power punches, he only connected 232.

And BTW, Pac does not jab. His jab rate is well below the welterweight average.

Against Mosley, he onlu jabbed 274 times. Aagainst the human punching bag, he flicked his jab 356 times the entire 12 rounds.

Aaginst Cotto, he just threw a very lazy 220 jabs. Hatton? An even lazier 22. Now, Clottey, he actually threw 549 jabs.

against the weight-drained Dela Hoya, Pac only connected 195 times out of 333 power punches. That is a ****ingly low 58 per cent.

Compare this with the real ATG, Floyd mayweather. Those numbers sucks.

Mayweather against Mosley connected 123 times against a very willing, more prime, not weight drained Msoley. That is out of 267 punches or 46 per cent. He jabbed 210 times, but most of those are intelligent jabs.

Aaginst Hatton, Mayweather actually threw a spectacular 257 power punches and landed 100 for a very much greater 46 per cnet connect rate.

Again, against a more prime, not weight drained Dela Hoay, mayweather was able to connect a mind-boggling, eye-opening 138 out of 241 power punches.

Despite what some *******s are claiming, Mayweather's pucnh connect has more quality to it. His actual numbers and percentage may somewhat be lower than pac is the power punch department but every Mayweather power punch counts, unlike that of Pac. Pac's actual connect number is sometimes the entire number of powerpunch that Mayweather threw. Example, Mayweather threw 241 power punch against Hoya, while Pac hit Cotto with 276 powerpunches. But do not believe compubox, it sucks. Besides, Mayweather's power punch is heavier, and more powerful and they will not be fighting with powerpunches. Instead, you expect a jabbing contests.

that video makes no sense and sucks dick. pacman ended up beating the guys he fought in the video, including one stoppage and knocked down mosley so wtf is the point if his punches are sometimes sloppy sometimes? it seems to get hte job done in the long run
