Enzo Macc more respected figure in boxing than David Haye - agree or disagree ?

On the night of March 8th / 9th - 2008 -

David Haye was on top of the world - while Enzo Maccs world had come crashing down.

Haye had just smashed Maccarenelli senseless - finding his chin with a series of right hands in the 2nd round.

Hayes stock rised - while Maccarinellis plummeted -

Haye was being hailed as some Heavyweight Messiah - the 2nd coming of Mike Tyson Some Mugs - probaly the types who have not been around boxing and seen the hype of empty words before - even thought he was maybe the 2nd coming of Jesus Christ - after Haye promised to KO both Klitschko brothers - back to back in Germany - and was willing to fight for Peanuts. :shock::shock::shock::shock: - What a Brave Warrior !!!! they proclaimed - but as I pointed out to some Mugs at the time - he aint acutally done it yet.



While Maccarinelli was regarded as a exposed hyped fighter.

But over time - have things changed ? :think

Haye is a Joke these days - his stock plummeted.

He took his time getting his ass to gear at Heavyweight with a sloppy but powerful stoppage over Monte Barret - and followed it up with a Unconvincing win in Germany - against Valuev.

This was Hayes peak - but then it all went into a bit of a farce - Haye now a Millionaire "Heavyweight Champ" - started showing up for every Celeb function there was - he appeared on Jonathan Ross and Loose Women - and started talking about being a Movie Star.

He conned the British Public into thinking he was KING DAVID.

He delayed and talked **** and dodged and ducked the Klitschkos and made excuses.

He fought Journeyman John Ruiz - and once again won - with a sloppy but powerful punching performance.

He then dragged boxing through the gutter - when he beat up Audely Harrison - just so he could boost his coffers.

And finally- showed his true colours when he fought Wlad - he didnt want to get punched - needs to keep looking pretty - for the Movie Scripts in Hollywood. :nut

Blamed it all on a Toe - and that was it - goodbye fans - got to go because I turned 31 years old yesterday. :hi:

Fans of Haye left deflated - almost like - is that it ? :roll:

Enzo meanwhile - laid it all on the line - got knocked out badly - but came back - and came back - and came back.

Now a Commentor on Box Nation - Enzo has proved his warriror heart to still want to fight on after Frenkel viciously knocked him out.

Haye = More talented -= but just a show pony.

Yes - this is was the point I'm trying to make.

I'm not saying Enzos achievements are as good as Haye in the ring.

I'm talking about a man in the boxing world.

Haye is treated with alot of contempt now these days.

Even Strike has had enough of him. :shock::shock::shock::shock:

Enzo meanwhile - has won fans respect with his fighting heart - and his new job as a pundit.
