Both were extremely one-sided fights, both went 6 rounds (well, the Jones fight went a little less than 6) and both had their rounds of not even taking a single punch in return.

Gonna go with PBF-Gatti because Gatti held a title and PBF had come up to him.

    u mean pazienza?

    damn..they were both brutal asswhoopings.

I go with Mayweather-Gatti b/c Gatti didnt complain at all when it was done, Paz still wanted to brawl.

Of course, Gatti only went down once and finished on his feet. Pazienza got obliterated and KD multiple times.

Still, Gatti was a title holder in the weight class.

    Mayweather.

Paz had about a 10-15 second spurt in round 2 with RJJ on the ropes where he might have actually landed a shot or two (prompting Al Bernstein to say "the fight is on", when in retrospect, that was the only competitive part of the bout).

That's more success than Gatti had all night versus Mayweather.

Mayweather/Gatti - Mayweather landed 4 times as many punches as Gatti did. Gatti landed exactly 2 power punches in every round except the 4th, he didn't land any that round. This was a total massacre. Floyd was able to land 5 and 6 punch combos on multiple occasions, while Gatti barely landed a finger on Floyd. When you add in that Gatti was the bigger man and the champ, it makes it an even more dominant win.

Who.... the f*ck... is ''Panziano''?:huh :huh :huh :huh :huh

He never faced a guy with a name like that. The only name that comes ''close'' by still 10000000000000 miles is Pazienza...
    You mean him?:patsch

I wish I had the first two fights of Tony Zeal and Rocky Grazienza.

And Chris is a knowledgable guy.

He must've been tired or drunk.

    PBF/Gatti it is.

Pazienza ... was able to put up ome sort of opposition unlike Gatti who was completely outclassed. Gatti was a breathing punching bag for PBF.

I had more fun watching RJJ beat the **** out of Pazienza's cocky lil a$$ for all thats worth....

technically though Gatti didn't even land a meaningful punch on Mayweather all night except for one left hook to the body ha ha

on the other hand if my memory serves me correct pazienza went an entire round in the jones fight without landing a single punch which was a compubox record at the time and still holds to this day

    Pazienza*

I voted for RJJ/Pazienza, simply because it was more enjoyable for me to watch. Pazienza was actually quick and somewhat dangerous, and a total jackass who thought he was the ****, and RJJ just made a total fool out of him. He held him without a single punch landed for an entire round as well.

Gatti was slow and had nothing going for him, at all. I enjoyed the Jones performance more.
