Definitely. His head movements had been quite impressive especially in a fight with Wlad.

I also wonder why there are so few posts like "Roy Jones jr!!"

Ohh...and also Shannon Briggs in his fight with Vitaly Klitschko;P There were some slight movements I believe...

    Prime Roy Jones?lol
a younger James Toney at times
peak/prime Frazier at times(him pointing at Ali, putting his hands down, avoding his punches, then firing back is one of the most badass things I've seen ever)

a younger Naseem Hamed , and Herol Graham

both Brendan Ingle trained fighters - Herol being his first relative success , Junior Witter to some extent also used the hands down head movement defense as well - another Ingle clone.

    Jose Napoles
    Henry Armstrong

Both kept their hands around waist level most times but knew exactly what to do and how to usually be a step ahead of their opponents.

Locche and Whitaker were defensive stalwarts on every level. They didn't merely rely on flashy head movement, although they did have tendencies to play to the crowd. Locche was just as much a master of rolling/deflecting shots, catching them, and blocking them as he was slipping. Whitaker was excellent at blocking as well. Both had fantastic defensive fundamentals, particularly Locche.
