Wide margin for Marquez. Everyone remember when Pacquaio stopped and put his hands down for a moment. The clear look of a fighter who was truly frustrated. A fighter wouldn't do that if they were clearly winning as some idiots make it out to be.
styles makes fight...it will always be close bet those two..but JMM takes it..115-113 marquez..and am a *******...be changing my avy to marquez to show respect to that mexican warrior.
How did you score it, Bogotazo? Since you're one of the very few who actually bother to think before typing. After taking full consideration that Pacquiao was the champ, I feel Marquez should've stepped on the gas on the later rounds for a more convincing decision. Don't get me wrong, I feel Marquez stole the show, but I'm trying to be as unbiased as possible and still see him lose by a single point.

I had it a draw. I don't know what was so "clear" about the fight. It was a close fight. The only reason people think it was a robbery was because people expected a knockout from Manny and nobody expected Marquez to give Manny problems again. If you go by a round-by-round basis, you'll get a bunch of close rounds. If you give all those close rounds to either fighter, you could say who you have winning in your card, but in reality, the fight was very close. Personally, I had it a draw, but if I had to pick a winner, it would be Marquez, he was landing the cleaner and more effective punches. Usually, when Manny wins, I'm hella happy, not this time though, I'm clearly disappointed. Everybody at my place (I had a party for it, mostly Filipino) was clearly disappointed, very few (delusional) people had Manny clearly winning it, some had Manny winning it close, while most either had it a draw (like I did) or a close win for Marquez.
I scored it 115-113 Marquez but could easily see 116-112 for him. Whoever scored 116-112 Pacquiao was probally paid a million or two by Arum.
at the end you can see on Pacquiao's face, the look of defeat, Marquez was raised. Pacquiao was praying. i had Marquez ahead by 2 pts, and giving Pac the last round.
plenty of close rounds but i thought jmm won that, a draw i could stomach, not a pac win, boxing is the most corrupt sport but i got my $40 worth of ppv
Thanks for the compliment. I haven't scored the fight, since I was too busy with my eyes glued to the screen; I'll have to rewatch it and score it to really know, since we all know a fighter can dominate a number of rounds and lose a few close ones and come out looking like the victor while a round-by-round might tell a different story. That being said, I don't think Pacquiao could have possibly won 7 rounds of that fight. Some were very close, but Marquez dominated such a wide stretch of the fight with the cleaner punches and even straight up more activity, which usually goes to Pacquiao. Again, I'll have to score it, but Marquez possibly won rounds clearer in this third fight than he ever has before. A more boxistic Pacquiao may be easier to predict after all.
