i was depressed seeing a great fighter go out like that. and it's also the last time i'm going to a bar to watch big fights. i realize when there are big fights all the ignorant boxing fans come out in droves. i was asked who were these two amateurs fighting before pac and marquez. uhh, bradley is a former 140 champ who never lost his title in the ring. joel casamayor is an olympic gold medalist and 2 division champ whose probably going in the hall of fame. i asked who do you suggest they put on the undercard. they couldn't name one person because all they know is mayweather and pacquiao. here's one that nearly made me spit out my bloody mary, why are they honoring joe frazier? what made him so great? would he have been able to hold his own against pacquiao and mayweather? :-:)patsch

No not pure robbery or anything of that sort. Although Marquez landed some clear shots, Pac landed more in most of the rounds. He's clearly the aggressor. Being the challenger, he should have engaged more to take away the crown. Unfortunately, he did not.

I can't believe half of the idiots on here who actually thought Pacquiao won more than 5 rounds. The punch stats mean ****. And to the idiot poster of the thread - just because you are Marquez fans and you thought he lost doesn't mean your right because you like him. Why are you pointing out your a fan of him. Nobody cares about whether your a fan of him or not.

If you've been watching boxing for twenty years then I'm flabbergasted by your comments. Marquez beat Pacquaio handidly this time out...

What saddens me is it's this type of decision and the collective denial that followed that will kill the sport of boxing...

Walking forward, looking aggressive, eating counter punch after counter punch, missing wildly.... doesn't make you a winner.

Actually - please help me to understand what Pac did last night that made you start such a misinformed thread?

I watched the fight live on television. :patsch:patsch And just because JMM was bruised up in the end indicates he lost. So we can say that Floyd lost to Oscar in their fight because he had a cut above his eye.

You obviously missed all those times he lunged forward & landed a huge, thudding blow, without Manny even returning fire.

You might consider drinking a pot of coffee before viewing your next fight.
    - And maybe buy a bigger TV.
