Thing is a lot of casual fans who only tune into the big fights will believe them.

I usually agree with Harold Lederman but he was way off last night. 116-112? No way. He said Manny won on clean punches and effective aggression. No. Manny was aggressive yes (I know Lederman likes aggression) but clean punches? No way Marquez landed 90% of the clean shots in the fight. At best it was a draw. But 115-114 was how I had it with the HBO commentary on and 116-113 with it on mute.

I didn't see the HBO broadcast but when I heard Ledderman had it 166-112, holy crap- I was shocked.

All Pac ever does is jump around and wing shots like an unschooled amateur fighter. It hasn't mattered in fixed fights and and mismatches but against a live opponent it matters. Marquez was able to fight the majority of the fight as his pace and distance in a controlled manner. That's ring generalship son.

I agree totally !! Im sick of the HBO crew ,Lampley and Kellerman in particular ! Kellerman is just a ****ing dick riding groupie who thinks he's cool becuase he likes hip hop and Lampley is the worst ..There were times when JMM caught Manny and nothing was said the minute Manny throws and hits air " hard shot by manny " And Harold Ledderman needs to go his card for the fight was way off !!!

    :huh you serious?

Btw the commentators in my country were sure that Marquez won (duh). Basically said manny needed a KO when the 12th started. Sounds like a well coordinated bunch these HBO fellas.

Yes he is normally very direct and makes his point accross even if the rest of the crew does not agree with him. He was so quiet last night. Almost like he had an HBO higher up tuned in to make sure he didnt **** up.

What the **** man? Im so sick of bad decisions.

Watched this in the UK and the primetime commentator had Marquez winning big. I had it 116-112 JMM, and at the very best(for Pac) I thought it could have been 114-114.

Out of interest what was Ledermans scorecard please?
