The thing was I felt Marquez won 8, so IMO the fight wasn't close, I can't remember one punch of significance Manny landed, while he was getting countered by bombs all night, getting knock acrossed the ring and all.
HAHA...believing compubox is like believing in the easter bunny...... please watch this... [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EQAFkkeJidc[/ame]
Oh, C'mon, tell it to the guy who lost the close fight and is clearly convinced he has done enough to win it. Win, lose or draw are not random results and it damages or improves someone's next future so don't come with all that that the fact that they're close fights doesn't mean robberies and going either way is just as random as that. It wasn't Bradley fighting on the undercard of this one or wasn't David Diaz fighting on the undercard of Pac-JMM2? Please, let's be reasonable.
possible reason was he was more aggressive in pushing the fight where he was taking unnescessary risk. It has been mentioned that it counts when judging a close round.
HBO did not help Pac at all by mostly focusing on him. It seemed exagerated sometimes how they focused mostly on Pac's work. Money talks.
So lets say you are in a race. You finish a second before the other guy but they say he won. How does that make you feel ? If someone punches you in the face, they punch you in the ****ing face. He misses, he ****ing misses.
115-113 for PAC. All these scores would be reasonable. 115-113 Pac 114-114 Draw 115-113 JMM The people giving JMM 8 or 9 rounds have no idea how to score a fight, that or they vote by emotion not fact.
Did you score the fight based on ring generalship or effective punches? Why did you score it that way?
Well the rounds where one fighter dominated are and were easy to score. The hard part of scoring is scoring the close rounds. It seems many just gave every close round to JMM because they were impressed that he was doing better then expected. How did I score the close rounds? Simple I watched the entire round, I did not give a close round to the guy backing up, throwing less and landing less. That being said if a fighter was backing up but landing more and being more effective I gave him the round. How did you score them?
