Do you actually believe that?? Forget the pancakes...there isn't a man alive who could survive anywhere close to 3 bottles of Hennesey

He's 19 stone, of course he could drink that. Gazza at half that weight would daily drink 4 bottles of Whisky a day at times.

The problem is, if Fury goes on a strict diet, hes gunna shed so much weight and be left with very little muscle mass. Compare him to Wladimir Klitschko in terms of physique, unless he packs on a load of muscle he's gunna be in the 220 range after cutting down, which is not going to do any favours for a guy who's 6'9.

He can add muscle and lose weight at the same time.

Doesn't Fury still live in a ****ing caravan for **** sake?

You are not exactly going to be eating clean 99% of the time living in one of those things, are you?

There is probably a frying pan covered in grease, discount pop & cheap sausages on the side.

    not humanly possible

calorie deficit is required for fat/weight loss
calorie excess is required for muscle gain....

obviously the two dont go together

It's not possible at exactly the same time (as in the same second), but it can be achieved together.

Look what Hatton would achieve in an 8 week training camp.

I agree with you, but Mick's encouraging folk to follow him on twitter ffs!

It's on the bottom of every Hennessy 'press release' email nowadays.

On that note, I have no idea what the **** I signed up to to be spammed by Hennessy every time Tyson farts, or scratches his balls. One of the gems from the past week was along the lines of "Hennessy Sports got an exclusive interview with Neven Pajkic, who told us he'll be making no comment until after the fight." :nut WTF?

and what makes you think hatton actually added any muscle as apposed to merely shedding the fat above the muscle he already had, being leaner will always make a fighter appear much more muscular

Who gives a ****, basically we all know you can lose fat and add muscle over a period of time. Thats why they have a training camp over a period of time that allows them to do what they need to do.

do we ?? based on what ... you truley think hatton at 180lb + has less muscle than himself at 140 lb ?!?!

a training camp is to get weight down not add anything they will merely look more muscular due to less fat covering that same muscle

orrrr we can all swear at each other like children off the back of something that has been proven incorrect

Hatton at 180 may have the same muscle mass but it wont be much use without training them.

    Performing excersize reduces fat
    Perfroming excersize trains muscles

It doesnt mean adding muscle it means training muscles to last longer and be stronger not neccessarly get bigger.

I think whatever point your trying to make is pointless. Keep going though i wont be reposnding anymore. :good
