Pac is on the decline. He should retire.

PAC is spread very thin with all of his other activities but to say he's on the decline based on his performance against the guy who has always carried his "#" in terms of styles is a bit premature.

Shane was a compeltely different story.. He came to survive and PAC dominated as best he could with a guy who was literally on the run. I do agree his shelf life is shorter due to the wars he's had but PAC needs to finish his boxing career fighting the best. He needs Floyd and he needs JMM to ride off into the sunset.

Even if he loses......PAC has done what no other boxer has done. he's accomplished what no other boxer has done. His legacy is set and what he WILL be remembered for is his accomplishments.

If PAC goes out before fighting JMM and Floyd WITHOUT trying to make the fights happen it won't erase what he's accomplished...but it will be a talking point whenever his name is brought up.

Every fighter can have a bad night....and MOST fighters have that one guy who always gives them fits.... You don't just pack up shop and dip after a "so-so" performance. You get back to work and adjust. PAC's done it before and he can do it again.

 

I think there is some truth to this. Pac to me looks almost as declined as Hagler was before he lost to Leonard. He's not shot, and JMM always gives him trouble (and beats him more often than not, if you don't take into account biased scorecards), regardless of which Pac it is, but yeah... something's missing. I would say he's clearly past prime now.

I say he makes the Mayweather fight happen ASAP and retires straight after. Win or lose.

 

Pacman is going to get destryed weather he continues using his steroids or not once Floyd gets a hold of him he is done!
