Did I read that right? Did Marquez ask for a fourth judge to supervise the other judges as well as instant replay? That's not going to work. Manny only does what the commission asks(unless he's the one making up rules).

He said that those things would be great for the sport and would help avoid all these corrupt decisions. He didn't mean that he wanted those things for a 4th Pac fight necessarily.

I'd love to see him fight again, but at the end of the day, he's 38. He's got a wife and young kids. Maybe he should just call it a day and go enjoy the rest of his life.

 

Do you know, the sad and most heart breaking thing. It hurts now, but wait some years when he's done with boxing. The way he's been cheated is gonna ****ing hurt. it will never go away. How the hell do yuo find closure from this ****? Pacquiao will go on and get accolade after accolade, Marquez in his definitive performance was not given the win he deserves will fade away.

It totally stinks! Bob Arum's "It's business" is an insult. Business? Really?? Marquez should still be celebrating his win right now, not having to justify everytime, why he felt he won. HE WON, END OF! But he will never get the credit he deserved. Sad way to go out. I hope he can and will get over it, and that fans remember him well, and acknowledge him as a great fighter, when the dust settles.

I like him more than my fellow Pinoy Pac, because of his style in the ring.

 

MArquez is a warrior and great boxer, but in this fight he didnt push the action. He just waited for pac most of the fight. He coulda won, but running and not engaging pac all night aint nothing new.Cotto (half the fight), Clottey & Mosely done this before but lost convincingly. Its a credit to marquez for winning the rounds he did again pac who was heavily favoured to win. He performed better than what most people thought but the bottom line is..

HE didnt do enough , wtf where they thinking cruising most of the rounds and not putting the pressure on pac?! He and his team have themselves to blame. Coming out crying robbery is the worst form of sour grapes. In any sport that include judges/referees you cant leave any doubt or rely on them for the win. That the number one rule when it comes to judges.

To come out and call robbery is cop out. Accept you didnt do enough to win and dont blame anyone else for your loss
