But after the 1st negotiations broke down (both parties fault)

Floyd had openly said he has not negotiated with manny, and has either been on vacation, or has come back to sign a fight only when manny is all booked up.

So there hasn't been an oppportunity to even negotiate with floyd for 2 years.

I have always stood firm in saying that Floyd will win with EASE over Pacquiao. However, the one un-denying fact that I know is that Bob Arum HATES Floyd Mayweather...WITH A PASSION. Bob Arum will never negotiate (all that **** before was for show) a fight with Floyd Mayweather. He will never allow FMJ to make a ****ING PENNY in anything that has Bob Arum's name on it. So get ready to see Pacquiao face a series of easier opponents (all Top rank Fighters of course) and put his name back in the discussion as being this AWESOME ULTRA GIFTED SKILLFUL FIGHTER that will easily beat FMJ.

The only way Pac vs FMJ happens is if Pacquiao grows a pair of Gorillia Balls and tells Arum and Roach that "I DON'T WANT TO FIGHT MARQUEZ AGAIN NOR ANY OTHER TOP RANK FIGHTER....I WANT TO FIGHT FLOYD MAYWEATHER". But we all know this will NEVER HAPPEN.

After the 1st negotiations fell through 2 years ago. Floyd hasn't even been available to negotiate a fight.

He's either been on Vacation, or he comes bac to sign a fight when Manny is already tied up to fight someone else.

So how can assume Manny or Arum is dodging someone, that hasn't been available to fight for 2 years.

(Im not saying they neccesarily want the fight or not, but just that you can't say they are ducking someone who hasn't even been available to negotiate a fight in over 2 years)
