I use an Ipod with an armband while shadowboxing, working the bags, skipping etc. I am looking for something cordless to prevent the cords getting tangled. Anyone have a suggestion for something they use while working the bags??

As for me, I use 'sennheizer adidas cx680' ear canal phones for training. Yep, it's wired, but well designed lining should deprive all inconveniences with a cord. Try to look at;)

"headphones" Does it really matter? I think any headphone will do as long as you are comfortable with it for the training. But, I think what matters is how you handle your training. You don't seem to care much of how you're going to be trained, but how your headphone works...:patsch

    ^ That it buddy.

What I do is this: I have my music edited where I do different drills each segment. It's like having a timer, but alot more interesting. You can have a partner yell "work inside" for 30 sec splits... but I use music. That's why I use headphones.

bose, the black and white ones, i left em in my clothes and they went through a dry cleaning machine and they still work perfectly, normally my headphones are done within a month or 2 because of the amount i sweat during workouts but these babies are still here and its been over 4 months now
