no, no he didn't. manny actually boxed marquez for the first time and still beat him. stop crying and give the guy some ****ing credit. marquez has never been able to beat pac and he never will. it's unbelievable that such a master boxer wasn't able to beat him after so much experience in the ring with him. just speaks further to the greatness of manny pacquiao.
