    Chavez vs Martinez." Im tired of Arum bs the ppl. He clearly is scared to put his prospect chavez in the ring with Martinez and now its clear if Margarito beat Cotto that Arum wont put Margarito in the ring with Martinez cause he knows 11 years ago Martinez is a way better fighter now then he was back then. Yea Chavez vs Margarito will be a great fight style wise but if Chavez really want to be the best and all that bs then fight Martinez and prove it.

    Well depending how Margarito looks against Chavez, he could be a very good step up fight for him.

    Arum is all about in house fighting these days. I hope GBP eventually becomes number 1. You don't hear too many boxers complain about Schaefer and Oscar.

    Chavez vs Margo would sell more units than Chavez vs Martinez.

    Just has to do with the fighters' nationalities and the potential customer base.

    Time to stop refering to chavez as a prospect. Kid's been pro for over 8 years now has over 40 fights and a title.

    If you were Arum and Chavez would you take a fight that you have virtually no chance of winning?

    Seriously, why would you ever do that?

    If you were Arturo Gatti's promoter and he had a chance to fight ANYONE other than Floyd for similar money wouldn't you have done that?

Also, do you remember all that bull**** talk from Arum saying he would prove there was a conspiracy against Margarito and how he would "vindicate" Margarito in court after the California State Athletic Commission suspended him? Nobody has heard a peep coming out of Arum's mouth since then.

    Arum is a deceitful, lying, manipulating pimp. Arum used Margarito as much as he could and totally abandoned Margarito after he got the **** beat out of him by Mosley. Arum only cares about Arum and how much he can squeeze out of fighters like Margarito and Peduiao.

    Chavez vs Margarito will sell more i admit that but if Chavez wants to be the best by fighting the best then put up or shut up and fight Martinez. Margarito is way past his best days in which Martinez is in his prime form. No excuse for Chavez if he doesnt fight Martinez next.
