Is the new sky sports boxing advert a swipe at boxnation?!

    Just seen the advert for sky sports boxing in December saying its the home of boxing. Is this a swipe at boxnation? Sky has an impressive line up in December. Just wondering whether January will be any good.

    Sky is the home of boxing.

    Box nation needs to earn that right

    BUT...

    IMO from what we have seen so far, box nation schools sky on the fact they show a lot of undercards and you get a whole night (approx 8 cans) of boxing. IF boxnation is still going in 6 months time with a similar level of cards then Box nation becomes the new home!!!!

    BOXNation is in awful quality, that's the biggest problem with it IMO.

    Fine if they can't provide HD but still, not too sharp IMO.

    the quicker every boxing promoter goes on one channel and i can cancel sky the better! its gonna cost me 30 quid a month to watch boxing soon and that still aint counting the prime time bull!!!


    for the sake of the sport the powers that be need to bang there heads together and sort it out!


    i also agree with the point of boxnation putting on undercard fights

    I'm loving Boxnation, I take my contact lenses out then it doesn't matter if its HD or not.

    From the looks of things, Sky plan to keep hold of all the major names the public know: Khan, Froch, Klitscho etc... I don't know how Boxnation can be build a fanbase with no real star names, if you think about it, Haye was probably the most famous guy on the channel and he wasn't fighting!

    Boxnation show more fights in 2 months than sky show in a year probably............... which is nice!

    Yep. Enzo v bum, Smith v bum, DeGale v TBA etc. And so many highlight reel knockouts. What a channel!

    All in cloud foggy standard definition with up to five times worse picture quality than HD.
