Colpolite, I have the same gut feeling as you and have posted my thoughts the day after the fight. I suspect Pac's performance was designed to win, but not spectacularly, in order to lure the Mayweather camp into a fight. Nobody can deny that the first two rounds with JMM were not a typical Pac performance. As we know, he never starts out ***** footing. He goes straight for the gusto. I have great respect for JMM and his skills but I don't think he fought the real Manny and I personally feel that, although he fought a good fight, he did not clearly beat the champ. I trust the judges scoring and even Lederman's score card plus the compu box numbers. I know not many will agree with this theory but, as always, time will tell.

That's stupid because if he wanted to fight Mayweather all he had to do is take the test...This is becoming worse as the days go on with these lame a** reason as to why Pacquiao had a bad performance

    nice level...
truth is that pac totally lost his aura of invincibility while mayweathers aura is still intact.
despite the p4p-lists, the general opinion is that mayweather would be a big favourite to win if they fight, now more than ever before.
therefore mayweather doesn't even need the fight anymore because he is rated higher than manny anyway and should they never fight, the general opinion will be that floyd wouldve beat him.
pac is the one under pressure now, considering all the bad stuff that came as a result of his last performance it would be outright retarted if that was some kind of show to get mayweather in the ring.
the interest and hype for this potential megafight is decreasing too bc megafights are between two seemingly unbeatable fighters, not between one seemingly invincible participant and one guy that got his ass handed to him one fight earlier by the same pissdrinker that was shut out by fighter no1 a couple of months ago.
no matter what pac does in the potential rererematch, the fight with floyd will never be as big as it wouldve been before the marquez-debacle, simply bc of the fact that we now know that pac can be beaten. we saw it with our own two eyes.
