He's getting knocked clean out on December 3rd by Robert Helenius, I don't really rate Helenius all that much but he's much better than Chisora of late, Chisora has looked awful in his last 2 fights, if he came in like he did against Sam Sexton and Danny Williams then I give him a chance but I've got a feeling the 11 months inactivity between the Sexton and Fury fight, the loss, the weight gain etc. might have taken a lot out of ole' Del Boy.
People can make excuses for him talking about his weight against Fury but end of the day the guy never ever wanted Fury he just wanted the big fight without really fighting guys you have to. It's like when he spoke after his sparring session in Halifax. He says Fury can't hit then when asked about maybe having a rematch he shoots it down. Yes he already knew he was fighting Helenius but it's way he answered it as if there's no thought of fighting Fury he's going another route. (IIRC he said that) As for this fight he's a tough kid you could tell the shots Fury hit him with hurt him but he stuck at it but was a sitting duck. Not seen Helenius over the course of a fight but **** me he can finish. World class finisher IMO.. Chisora's gonna have to be consistent and compact in this fight and not drop off pace, he's going to need to put a statement on each round. I can't see him stopping Helenius but i don't discount him winning rounds and the fight going to points in a bloody battle and being a HW FOTY to match Fury Chisora. He can do it but it's all if's and but's the safe money is on Helenius a consistent and professional fighter.
It all depends which chisora turns up. An on form version loses a close points decision but ano under par version gets knocked out!
Chrisoras career is going west, he will loose to Helenious who altho slow and awkward at times is tuff and hit like a truck and stopping former heavy contenders and champs with ease - he took brewster and peter apart. They have both been there done that in the ring - Chrisora isnt even the best in britain early stoppage for Helenious
Chisora is tough & will try to make this fight ugly. He'll rough Helenius up on the inside but will tire & get caught a lot in the 2nd half of the fight. I dont think its gonna be a 1 sided beatdown, if Del trains well & turns up in decent shape then it may be a close & entertaining fight.
I think this is a fight Chisora can win and win early on, the longer it drags the more I favour a decision for Helenious. My prediction is Delboy Win by KO 6.
Helenius lost a lot of rounds to Peter early on and I had Liakhovich ahead before he got stopped as well. It's not an impossible task for Chisora but I don't think he can hurt Helenius all that much and his conditioning will be poor so I can see a late stoppage for Helenius.
Chisora is taylor made for Helenius, Chisora is in big trouble here the way I see it. I really don't care what anybody says, Chisora although similar in style and stature to the fat Sam Peter that Helenius utterly crushed he is not even close to being in the same league as that version of Peter. Not to mention that the big Finn has made big improvements in each fight, although still a bit raw at times you could see his game is certainly coming along well judging from his last fight with Lyakovich. Who despite being out of the game for some time trained extremely hard and came into the fight in great shape. For the record I think Helenius would have huge problems at this stage in his career against a more slick technician of a fighter, someone like Chambers or even Kevin Johnson, but that certainly isn't what Chisora is all about.
