I have boxing parties for all big fights. Men, women and children come over. Usually around 20 to 30 people. Had 60 people over when Mayweather fought Marquez. Got the big screen tvs going in the living room and family room. When the main event is over, we watch fights I recorded. All night affair. Got people asking me if I'm getting the fight on a regular basis. People never talked that much boxing until I started throwing parties. :hat

I talk boxing as much as I can. Unfotunately, not too many people can talk back about it, especially when it doesn't concern a mega fight or a prize fighter. However, they do realize I know a lot about it as I am a hardcore fan and they listen to what I have to say. I have also invited friends and family to watch live boxing events.

I would like to join a boxing gym and invite a few friends and family to join.

I would also like to start a blog.

I daydream about fights while at work and people notice and they know I'm daydreaming about fights.

The above is my main stumbling point, as I'm a new fan. However I figure the more I watch eventually my comments will be informed when I speak with other fans. I was introduced by a friend - he took me to a live fight, it was great.

I tell friends about it, mention whenever I'm going to see a fight. They are usually curious.

When my financial situation improves I plan to host parties - watching the big fights in bars isn't something I want to keep doing.

I write occasionally for Eye On The Ring dot com, which is a new site I helped build.

I am also a sucker for boxing movies. :D
