But yet Arum is an honorable man? Man come on you can't be serious here? It's PBF's fault that he booked the best date of the year and made it known he wants to fight Pac? PBF is trying to make the fight and Arum is the one trying to make it seem like he's trying to make the fight, the same **** he's been doing for years now.

THE FACT IS EVERYONE WANTS THE FIGHT EXCEPT FOR ARUM AND THE *******S!

Excuses are being made because *******s want to have **** to fall back on when Pac loses.

Just because Arum is a dishonourable **** that would sell his granny to make a dollar, it doesn't mean anyone who opposes him automatically has the opposite attitude. Floyd is no different, it's just that Arums been doing it for much longer.

I'm not a Pacfag, but I am old enough to remember SRL waiting Hagler out and this looks the same to me.

May takes fights he knows he can win. Not 80-90% certain, but 100%. With the wars Pac has been in, he is going to age faster than Mayweather.

He's a bit slower, throwing a few fewer punches per round. Boxing is not a statistically driven sport like baseball, so it's more of an eyeball test.

IMO, Mayweather beats the Pac that beat Cotto anyway. I just think that Pac is better than the Pac of today. Obviously, so does most of the boxing public.

Sounds like the same lame excuse from those who say that Ray Leonard "intentionally" sat in retirement, inactive for years, " waiting" for Marvin Hagler to show signs of deterioration... Utter crap... Floyd is the older of the two.. Has fought on average once per year for the past 4 years and didn't fight at all in 2008, while Pac has systematically destroyed many of their common opponents in more decisive fashion.. He looks less impressive against one foe that they've both met, and all of a sudden we get, " pac is worn out" or " Floyd has been waiting for Manny to slow down.." Ridiculous...

Bob Arum in my opinion has been at fault, but Mayweather has hardly helped himself. The fact Sugar Shane and Marquez had to move across to Top Rank to stand a chance of fighting should really have got more press coverage at the time than it did. Arum and Mayweather will not work together, with both being able to use this position to their advantage.

I'm pretty neutral in this, for once I prefer Floyd as a boxer. He's obviously more eager to make the fight now after the Mosley and JMM fights. For me Pac has slowed down and Floyd should've fought him after the Cotto match to cement his top tier ATG status. Now he is going to get a lot less credit. As Borjia pointed out Pac has different style. Look a fighter like Vargas was shot in his mid twenties. Floyd could fight like Hop in his 40s and still be effective. You speak about the *******s but you are like them you see only one side of the story

he only threw less cuz he was intimidated by marquez counter punching. i think the mayweather that fought mosley was way more sharper than the mayweather that fought ortiz

To his credit SRL waited for him but Hagler was the bigger fighter. He didn't wait for Hearns and Leonard
