Well said. Adamek has a shot to be undisputed CW champion (he already beat the Ring #1/IBF champ there), but for some unfathomable reason he is looking at another HW title shot.

He is a warrior but he is just too small to succeed at HW.

    Yes.

Adamek had no problems making 200, he moved up for more lucrative fights. HBO and Showtime wouldn't show his cruiserweight fights some reason (except Shobox had the Banks fight).

Adamek is not a natural heavyweight, he would do very well at cruiserweight though.

(David Haye however, by his own statement, was "killing" himself to make 200 and had no choice except to move up)

Adamek is **** and his performance against Vitali was disgraceful, hands up infront of his face, running away, thinking twitching slightly left and right would help him dodge punches, instead he was almost put through the ropes by a jab.

Did he land a single meaningful shot on Vitali?

Then at the end of it Vitali raises Adameks hand so the Poles in the stands don't riot for the 100 zloty's they paid to watch the farce, and people take this as some kind of sign that Adamek is a warrior.

both gameplans went to ****. Adamek got rocked by a right hand early and couldnt recover from that. He's got no business with super heavies

Who cares? He's got a Glass Jaw and is a plain average heavy.

Hayes gameplan was actually to try and make Wlad miss, and knock him out, he went in there with his hands low in order to do so (as he always does)

Adamek thought he was going to do what against Vitali?....massage him to death with those bodyslaps?

Don't get me wrong he seems like a real decent guy but as far as HW boxing goes he's an immobile feather-fisted glass jawed carthorse.

I really don't know what his gameplan was. After that dismal performance, I couldn't believe that Adamek looked that bad. I was all for the push to dump Roger bloodworth and get a better trainer. They must have thought it was going to be easier, even Lennox said they should've came to him for advice.

As far as Adamek goes, I suspect he's on the decline, or has been on the decline. At cruiser he was a freaking beast--his run at cruiser (starting with Pineda and Bell) was fantastic. He was very fast at that weight.

Arreola was perhaps his last great performance. Truth be told even if Adamek went back to cruiser I'm not sure he'd have the same speed and reflexes as before, so I dunno if he beats these up-and-coming guys, much less Cunningham. But maybe he'd have some other newfound tricks to bring to the table.

Yes he lacked his slick blackness that fight, I think this punch received
in second round was the main reason.
