Towers is raw but if he goes in there and goes mental he could win, Fury is so open its unreal, even Larry O would have a chance if he just winged shots.

Fury to KO Towers within 8 rounds, towers is very slow

I think Fury needs to train harder, its all well and good beating opponents at the level he is fighting now but when he steps up he is going to be beat because of his poor defense

i like towers and feel tyson has won most fights by simply being to big. interesting fight to watch and a great way to get involved into fighting the giants of the heavies instead of fighting the under 6'5" heavies. theirs no future in heavyweight boxing for anyone under 6'5" in this day and age heavyweights have evolved. i wanna say towers to win a decision but i keep doubting tyson and he keeps proving me wrong. his heart by far out weighs his skills.

Could be a good fight if towers can take a dig , he may well push Tyson who won't like fighting someone his own size as he likes to fight small rather than use his attributes.

    :thumbsup

Is there any actual news on this apart from EBU putting out purse bids? I think it would make a decent fight, Fury in with someone his own size for once, even though Fury would do it it'd be a decent learning experience. Could be for Commonwealth, British and EU?

Fury could learn a few things of towers on how to look after himself...
i still think Fury wins this..

Fury to win inside 4 rounds. Towers does have a punchers chance but I think Tyson is going to prove too quick for him. Strange fight for fury to take. He can't win whatever the outcome. I cannot understand his management teams thinking

Don't rate Fury that much. Towers is a dangerous fight for Fury.

About time Fury gets to start fighting the British names. Don't mind these internationals who want to give it a go but I want to see Fury vs Price and Towers. Mind you, we haven't got many big heavyweight names anymore and he has faced McD and Chisora. A Rogan fight would be interesting, an Audley ko would be fun and sell nicely on C5.

id like to see this, would be a good opportunity for towers on channel 5. he did damage the ribs of fury in training. thats a fact! and that takes some doing to break through all that fat protecting them.
