Joe Brains of Shite, All that I have said here is known. Lisa blames the world and that is her right. Adios.
Yes the injuries were caused by Nigel Benn, the condition of the opponent were made worse by decisions made afterwards... I think Buncy is pretty clear in this...
How were they able to get him on a flight in that sort of condition?! Even if he wasn't blind or deaf, there must have been obvious signs? Disgraceful.
Oh **** off you boring **** It's language at the end of the day, it isn't going to come and punch you in the face. Who decides which words are more foul than others anyway? Live and let live, if cornermen think that what they are saying and how they are saying it is the best way to get the reaction required out of their fighter who in hell are you to ***** about it.
Rob, seriously? You've come out with some fairly colourful language on here in your time. But wow - the referee should book them? A lot of fighters, I'd guess, do not get brilliant educations. It tends to be a sport focused in poorer locations where the schools are not well-funded and the teaching suffers. With that, in my experience, comes worse language and lower literacy. Next, stress behaviours come out sometimes. In everyday life the guys wouldn't dream of swearing but they are focused on the fight, not the fact they're on TV. I think you're being unduly harsh.
Kevin Mitchell wrote War, Baby about that fight. It doesn't cover the aftermath of much of the fight in depth since he was too busy committing character assassination on the deeply troubled American. As a result, lots of misinformed fans don't know precisely what Bunce said happened. But it's true. 100% true. Lisa Mclellan for years wanted Benn dead (her words) because of what happened to Gerald even though she demanded he come home. She is not a reliable source. You seem to have a big problem with Bunce but you seem to know nothing about journalism. I don't always agree with him but he knows his stuff. Just because he says something that disagrees with fifty people on a forum doesn't mean he's shilling for a promoter.
No. According to Bunce, McClellan would've been ok & walked out of hospital like Spencer Oliver did, yet because of the decisions of his ******ed family, he's a cabbage. This is a serious thing, not just some inaccurate cringe worthy rant about a boxer's current standing, or a hopelessly wrong fight prediction.
Don't remember Bunce ever saying that McClellan would have been ok, just that his condition wasn't helped by decisions made after the injuries happened... On the basis that he has thanked me for being able to read I think that I understand his view.
...it's what he said on his own radio show you thick ****. Did you think I just pulled the whole story out of thin air? [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qwovOECXvI0[/ame]
