100 percent agreed :good this fight is going to be easy work for floyd. you can for get floyd losing for damn sure. and the notion that is going to be a good fight or even semi competitive, throw that out the window as well. it will be like jmm vs pacman III x12. pacman gets stoped late and now you haters make floyd this generation best ever.thanks bitches :good
i think mayweather is never going to have a break. ppl will continuously call him out to fight people even after he beats pac. i think he needs to beat pac and martinez then firmly retire bc there will always be a crop of great up-and-coming talent that they'll keep trying to pull floyd back in to fight. he's getting older and needs to know when enough is enough. the public will never give him credit without calling him out to prove himself yet again. i say floyd vs pac and floyd vs martinez then pack it in (MAYBE khan)
Pretty much this.. If Floyd beats Pac, Sergio n Khan he is in the discussion with SRL, Duran, Hearns.. I just don't think he has the balls to fight all 3 of these guys, he's too chicken **** to lose his beloved 0.. And to be honest if he beats Manny it won't impress me at all. This is more of a casual boxing fan fight.. Hardcore boxing fans have always known this is a stylistic mismatch.
You know though that these match ups don't become clear until they actually step in the ring. Benitez kind of made Duran look foolish and amatuerish with his defense in an easy 13-2 type decision. Then Duran absolutely outboxes and demolishes undefeated Davey Moore right after that, outboxing him, beating him up. Moore then stops Benitez in two. There wasn't that much of a slip between Benitez fighting Duran and Moore - that's why they have to get in the ring and actually fight, because honestly on paper there's no way Moore even challenges a past his best Benitez, just like maybe on paper Pac can't beat Oscar or Floyd. That sneaky left hand might land on Floyd, and Marquez uppercut might always land on Manny, but maybe when Floyd and Manny step in the ring Manny might just have the angle and attack style to get the punch in consistently.
I still see posts where people are saying that Floyd's ducking. Who's he ducking? I find it odd how people who say that Floyd's ducking, are people who support a fighter who's been ducking guys right before their very eyes. Let's look at recent events and choices made by, or on the behest of Manny Pacquiao. Shane was in Dallas on hand for the fight. He was clearly one of the fighters being considered for Pacquiao in May. So was JMM. JMM has been in the media saying that Pacquiao is scared of him around that time. It was a fight that was going to take place on cinco de mayo weekend, why not take the opponent of Mexican descent? Why take the fighter that was ducked 1 year earlier instead of the fighter that claims Pac is scared? You guys that claim Floyd is a duck are hypocrites. You know that Manny's been doing a shitload of ducking.
I'm sorry you failed. Since you seem to be really proud of you analysis, can you break down how am I a *****? That would be very interesting. This debate is on for 3 years so yes, I have already talked about it. Now go on with the ****** insult dear educated friend.
I don't. I feel really bad not being as smart as you. "Floyd should dominate Pac. I have Floyd slightly ahead. I'll lean toward Pac. " Ps. Care to explain how I am a *****?:think
It still does great for his legacy. A bit diminished arguably because Marquez got to him first. But still a great win for him. In fact it will be his greatest win. That speaks for his relatively conservative level of competition than anything else, imo.
It's not going to answer that question because it throws out the "*****" term as easily as breathing. No thought put behind it.
