    he beat mosley who hadnt won a fight in over 2 years.
    and he got a win over a 38 year old JMM who most thought he lost....
    i guess they had to throw a boxer up there for the hell of it

    The Athlete of the Year ballot is the culmination of the Academy’s yearlong Athlete of the Month program, which recognizes the accomplishments of men and women in sports around the globe. Each month, the worldwide online votes along with the Academy’s selection committee choose the male and female winners.

    The Academy, in conjunction with USA Today and NBC Sports, will announce the 2011 Male and Female Athletes of the Year on Christmas Day on Sunday, Dec. 25.

    The United States Sports Academy is an independent, non-profit, accredited, special mission sports university created to serve the nation and world with programs in instruction, research, and service. The role of the Academy is to prepare men and women for careers in the profession of sports.

    Mosley had Void out on his feet, they purposely quit fighting to allow Void back into the fight. Pac knocked Mosley down, Mosley ran from Pac the rest of the fight. Oscar beat Void, Pac stopped Oscar. Void lost to Castillo. Pac beat Cotto, Void refused to fight Cotto and Margarito. Void is void. Void is a woman beater and steals from the handicapped!

    it was either pacquiao or dirk. only know of novak and beckham from the rest of the choices, and dont like those two sports.

    since you can vote as much as you want, if sunn, axelrose, etc and company do as much trolling they do here and dedicate that time to voting for manny, maybe the boxing world will have an athlete of the year

    So pac beats grandpa mosley and gets booed, he fights grandpa marquez and really loses and gets booed. And this is boxings fighter of the year? LOL

    Novak Djokovic was good too. Wasn't he like 50-0 at some point? Something phenomenal like that.

    US Sports Academy? What in the hell is that? Is that like NBO? WBO? Some third rate organization. Heck, give it to Manny. He's thirld world. Might as well get an award form third rate organization?
