I don't think Floyd trains that hard, at least he never looks to be training that hard, but he is consistent and the training he does makes him efficient and he has great technique
I don't know but looking at Floyd's training with a critical eye, I can barely find an issue with anything he does. His training is nearly perfect. This no doubt helps him tremendously in the ring. 3 a days are the best way to train because it gets testosterone flowing like mad, naturally. Which allows you to train harder and recover faster. And that's not even mentioning the benefits to your cardiovascular system doing aerobics 3 times a day.
****** dummy right here don't realize Flods last 7 oppponents have been top 10 lb 4 lb or top 3 in their divisionpatsch get the fuk out as its easy to own you n im getting tired of it to be honest
Are you from the uk? theres a documentary on Mon night about Benn Gman. felt so sorry for both guys. Benns a legend never forget seeing him crying over what happened to Gman.
Its very respectable that even after all his success and money, he has the hunger to still train like he has nothing. Like him or not, that's admirable.
