Ortiz is awesome physically, and at his best he can give most fighters a good go.... but I just dont know where he will be at mentally through this training camp and leading up to the fight. He had an epic war and his best win when he was completely motivated and his back was against the wall, crazy axe murderer status with a kill or be killed attitude. I just dont see how he will bounce back from this KO loss, straight into a fight with Berto... I think Ill be leaning towards Berto in the rematch, but let the best man win.
Most accurate post here. Although i believe if Berto boxes smart behind the jab and doesn't leave himself so wide open and square on he can box Ortiz's ears off. Ortiz just isn't that smart. And when the going gets tough he wilts.
Iv already watched the fight. I know he was using his head because i saw it. Either way he just doesn't have the ring intelligence to ever have any long term success in this sport.
