the lawsuit is a result of floyd's PEDs accusation, which can simply be removed if floyd just apologize. a fight can be made with or without a suit ongoing and can be treated as a separate issue. big companies like samsung and apple have lawsuits and counter lawsuits in several counts between them but it doesn't stop them for doing business together with samsung providing apple some parts for their device.

What I'm not understanding from the Bobtards (because this is what these guys are. They're riding Arum's nuts more than they are Pac at this point) is:

How is Arum throwing this outside promotional thing NOT making things more complicated than they have to be? I mean seriously. Let's just take Joe Jackson Promo team seriously for a second.....Why does there need to be outside promoters who have never promoted a fight before, let alone one of this magnitude, to be a part of this? For the past 3 years, no matter what side you were on, *******s and *****s always believed this fight would sell itself. On top of all that, there isn't a promotional company IN the sport better at their jobs than Top Rank and GBP. The amount of bull**** cards they get away with and still make money off of is a testament to their skills. And for goodness, IT'S THE TWO BIGGEST NAMES IN BOXING!! PAC! FLOYD!

Now looking at this promotional team from logical standpoint: cmon son. Top Rank is just cool with giving up the major promotional duties for Jermaine jackson's daddy and let them recoup all of the back end money? I mean questioning whether or Floyd would or wouldn't do the fight without GBP isn't really a part of the equation. The better question is if Arum was having such a ****ing hissy fit over Floyd and Ellerbe picking a date and venue ("that's not how you negotiate!!!"), how does a promotional company negotiate with outside "NOVICE" promoters before coming to the table and negotiate with the other fighters management team? It makes no damn sense. Those questions need to be answered

This was supposed to be all a formality. Everything had been agreed to except testing. Floyd hasn't changed any demands since Feb. 2010 when he went back to full random up to the fight (after arum and company walked away from 14). Now we got Papa Joe. lol
