115-114 aaron...phil edwards hang you head in shame

its time that some of the elite (dont laugh) refs/judges get demoted and some of the other refs/judges get promoted

these terrible cards are happening every week now without any punishment from the BBBofC

jobs for the boys though...a disgrace

Yup, that card was awful. Personally saw it as 118-110 for Rose, it wasn't very close at all. Disgraceful how judges don't seem to be accountable for turning in such poor scores.

A disgraceful decision, Rose won the fight by 5 or 6 rounds.

That decision goes beyond incompetence, it smacks of something more sinister.

Brian is a Blackpool lad, the judge is from Preston, you can imagine the feeling in Blackpool right now as to the reasons why he went for Arron.

    BBBC, bin him:hi:

That's a bit harsh - the right man won, FFS!

Well we nearly outdone Finland tonight.

I had Rose winning 118-110. Chisora 119-109. Both split decisions :-(

  12. We'll just hear the usual scoring is subjective crap.

Of greater concern in respect of Phil Edwards is his ridiculous record of hometown bull**** stoppages, such as Bellew vs McKenzie I and also Fury's last fight.

We are often told rightly that Britain is the leader when it comes to after fight care and so on, why can't we be the world leader when it comes to rejecting **** imports or stopping bashed up fighters risking it for longer or the quality of officiating.

Any fight that is remotely close these days seems to end up going to a split/majority decision. Last night wasn't even close, you could argue that Rose won every round, Arron really was terrible.

Because who are you to stop a man making a living in a legal sport, if he is able to pass all medical tests?

That seems to me a very good thing, and shows good judgement.

Not a great deal wrong with Furys last fight that anyone but a sadist would have a serious problem with.

I haven't seen Rose-Arron, but the thread's titular assertion is VERY true in general!
