    I agree...

IMO Cotto will try to go for 40 wins and call it a day.. perhaps another 2 high profile fights and than a farewell at home... I'll hope that everything works out like he wishes, he gave the fans many good fights and always 100% professionel

I was very pleased with Cotto last night....as well as getting the shadow of Margarito off his back i think he showed signs of a tighter defense that i hope will lead to him getting tagged less in future...he was still caught by a few too many uppercuts though

Yep he did well. I'd like to see another few good fights. I guess that depends on who he signs with though (Top Rank / Golden Boy / Independant)

I thought last night was one of his career best performances, and against a fighter who is a difficult stylistic match up for him.

Reminded me why he's been one of my favourite fighters for such a long time

Did Cotto beat a top 5 154lber? Or did he beat a washed up brawler with a bad eye?

Floyd still ducked Margarito. And Cotto, too.

Am I the only one who was not that impressed? I think Cotto's confidence came from knowing that very little adjustments would be sufficient to beat margarito. I saw a very similar fight as the first one, difference being the clinching and rough tactics Cotto used this time.
