    This. At my weight we fight with 12 oz gloves.

    Its for our fists. Heavyweight shots still hurt like flipping hell. Even when sparring with 16's.

    Everlast gloves are not punchers gloves... however they aren't grant gloves either.

    They're in the middle.

    imo.


    Cottos with 8oz Reyes gloves.. with the WAY he boxed last night would have beaten the everloving pulp out of Margarito.. and given him permanent, career ending damage (if he hasn't already).

    You(the OP) clearly have never boxed before to suggest something like this, or have extremely sadistic tendencies.

    God im loving how butthurt all these people are when they were saying the demons from the first fight would creep into cottos head once Margo put the pressure on him.

    BTW wasnt the fight at super welterweight supposed to hurt Cotto as well? Margo was gonna be even bigger? What happened there huh?

    Someone else posted Margo at 165 and Cotto at 160 but i dont know how true that is. NY usually doesnt show fight night weights.
