You get a much better view form the comfort of your sofa with multiple camera angles and replays, so sorry dude the portion of the fight you saw clearly was just a fraction of what most of us saw, it was an appalling decision.

    listen.

ESB has some very very stupid people on it......but the fact that 92% thought Chisora won....is ****ing overwhelming mate.

In no other robbery of the last few years has it been close to 92% of people thinking a fighter was robbed.

I don't think it was as one sided as many say it was but no way did Helenius do enough to win. If you gave every close round to Helenius I can see him getting 5 rounds maximum, but that's it.

Chisora was clearly robbed and it should make any other contender going up against Helenius seriously demand a neutral venue because unless they are going to KO Helenius there is no other way anyone is going to get a win against him.

But I have seen worse robberies in other countries.

ESB has only 350 readers? SHOCKING NEWS!

Really, I am not arguing that it was a home town decision, but claiming that this was one of the worst decision in boxing history when 330 of those votes are from people who based their opinion without seeing the actual match based on comments from people who have only seen headlines from some internet sites is ridiculous.

Watch the fight. It is a good heavy weight bout between two good fighters and while Chisora was better yesterday, Helenius did hold his ground with one hand and neither of the fighters where floored, neither got point deduction and Chisora was the only one seemingly hurt in any stage of the fight.

i saw the fight actually. and 350 people voting in a poll is a tremendous number. you would be hard pressed to find many polls with over 200 votes, let alone 350

Besides i never said one of the worst in boxing HISTORY did i?! i said one of the worst in recent times! considering that pretty much every single person in the WORLD thinks Chisora won, i dont see how thats an outlandish statement at all!

I was amazed Sturm didn't get a clear points win over Murray at the weekend. Just when it was looking fair again Helenius takes such a decision. In his defense - did hear Helenius injured his hand early on though. A rematch would be a fair way to go. At least with the klit brothers it normally ends in a KO and we don't have to put up with these stinking decisions.

This fight showed the importance of a powerfull promoter. If you have a sauerland behind your back, even if you lose you win. Helenius still has his clean record and will go on to make more money fighting more ex-champions. Chisora has already lost twice so it is going to be a tough road for him. Life is not fair.

Robberies in boxing has been there since the moment there was a fixed number of rounds.

Boxing history would be very different if the judges and referees had been fair, even in the black and white era.
As long as there's no one independent institute wich overturns decisions like this it will always be this way. And EVERYWHERE around the world.

I think it's funny when Brits or Americans point to other countries as robbery central, when they're almost or just as bad.

these home town gifts and premature stoppages seem to be endemic in Europe these last few years - we always had dubious decisions but now its every other fight , mind you its ironic that ****** is challenging this decision as his fighters have benefitted hugely over the years from iffy judges and early stoppages.

BTW - who is that in your avatar ? finest piece of ass ive seen on ESB :yep
