His name is Ismael Salas, and he was Gamboa's main Coach/Trainer. He is from Cuba and has vast knowledge in boxing, specially in the Cuban style. If Cotto looked better then he needs to thank his Cuban Coach and the Cuban boxing schools. :hey

The Cuban boxing schools have produced the best boxers in the World and now their Coaches are also shining at the pro level.

Pedro Diaz need to adjust to the pro , same for his conditioning. He train Pascal and Lemieux and both have a superb shape but lack stamina

 

Oh my bad, Cotto's Cuban trainer is Pedro Diaz and not Ismael Salas! Sorry about that, I confused both of them. Diaz is Odlanier Solis' longtime amateur and pro Coach, he also has tons of experience from the Cuban boxing schools.

Cuellar? Please ... :rofl He is a joke compared to Salas and Diaz, Cuellar never studied boxing in Cuba nor went to the Cuban boxing schools.
