The thread starter is just trying to scrounge ways to make himself feel better after the trashing Ward will put on Froch in a few weeks.

 

Per capita the UK might have better fighters, but take a look at Royal T-Bag's breakdown above. Just because the British media is much more into their fighters than the U.S. media is into theirs doesn't mean that the British fighters are that much better. For instance, the British media gives a good amount of coverage to Khan and Froch, but I don't think I've ever heard Bradley or Ward mentioned on mainstream sports shows.

 

Why the hell are Americans claiming Donaire?

America has always been the top boxing nation but in the past years they seem to be going down a bit and Britian has gotten a lot better.

divide americas current talent by 3 and they're still ahead of the UK. I'm not hating here, I'm not even American.

Even historically the USA has close to 25 fighters on most peoples top 50 ATG list....the UK has 4.

Chisora - Just got robbed against a highly ranked HW
