    Cotto should be in contention with a few other since there is not a clear winner this year. Most top fighters only fought twice this year. But why marquez gets so many votes i dont think he should be even top ten. A win versus Likiar Ramos and a close loss to paquiao is not impressive at all. I think people are going with their emotions and not facts when picking marquez.
