    Part of being a boxing fan is having "your guy." As the years go by, that guy retires and you move on to a new favorite fighter. I was thinking about my favorites throughout my life, and wanted to see what some of yours were.

    I'm 35. My relay goes:
    Hagler
    Holyfield
    Gatti
    Cotto

    Of course there are a lot of fighters in between that I liked, but these were the clear my schedule, shell out the cash, party's at my house fighters of my life. Who were yours?

    These are my main favourites.

    *All-Time favourite.

    1, 2 and 3...in order of who I started watching and following first.

    Like you said, I have many others who I enjoy/enjoyed watching before, during, and after these guys...and class as my favourites throughout the years. But these are my main picks.

    I grew up listening to my dad and his friends talking about Ali/Foreman/Frazier era. Back then there was no youtube or ESPN Classic, so they were just stories. Now, it's a different world.

    I would put him on my "Favorite Villians" list. The guys I watch every fight just hoping they get KTFO. He was #1 on that list for a while.
