    Garcia for sure. Rios and Donaire have had great years and he does work Mikey's corner as well as other prospects.

    Garcia is a good choice. Roach will probably somehow win it again.

    Garcia has done some good work training Donaire, Rios & his brother. I'd say that would be enough despite Margarito doing pretty much nothing good of note recently.

    I think Garcia has a great shot at it (if freddie doesn't automatically does not get the nod). Yes, he has two great fighters but he also has two big strikes. First, He should have had it ingrained in Margo's head to protect his eye. Second, How can you let your fighter lose the belt on the scale? Plus trying to make weight at the end could have cost him the fight.

    Its not the trainers job anymore to make the weight, thats why there are nutritionists and conditioning coaches hired these days.

    and you cant say rios didn't train hard, he trained hard in high altitude and ate the same foods margarito did, his body has grown out of 135.


    do you think anne wolf could have trained margo to win the cotto fight?

    Ward will wrap up the Super Six and the award for Hunter on Saturday night.

    Wolfe is amazing, but she only has one major fighter who won one bout.

    She is not proven. Just because she has one fighter who gels and performs better with her does not give her the title of best trainer. You need to show consistant results with atleast a few fighters and show how your input has proven effective. Anne Wolfes effective input through my eyes has predominantly been her beastly conditioning regimen

    Roach even said give it to zero to DC hero trainer of Antz and Lamont; Barry Hunter. Homecooking or not. The trainer of the year needs a diff name to it.
