Why isnt Chambers fighting a top 40 contender? A win over the white wolf does what?

    The white wolf is shot to **** now , coming back from getting brutal stopped by helenius. I just dont get when contenders fight guys that arent in the top 40. So stupid. I understand if white wolf beat helenius but he git ktfo brutally

    Such a safe route for eddie. ****ing pussie. Sure the white looked good before he got KOed but the fact of the matter he got destroyed.

    Easy safe win for my back hurts chambers .

    but I hope the white wolf puts him to sleep. But cant see it

    I don't think he did duck Thompson, I had him down as a big favorite going into that fight.

    I think Liakovich vs Chambers is a good fight that I would certainly watch. Again I would have Chambers as a big favorite, I don't think Liakovich is shot, he was moving about very well against Helenius.

    I agree, Eddie vs Thompson would have been the favorite. Thompson is old and slow, the fact that he's a southpaw is in this case irrelevent, it would have been like Chambers vs Dimitrienko, where Eddie landed shot after shot, while Dimitrienko couldn't catch him

    Coming back, I think Chambers vs Liakhovic is a very good fight, The White Wolf isn't completely shot, in the fight against Helenius he gave a good performance, just ran out of gas

    I think he is done at worldclass level but more i think about it , more i see it being a good fight. Chambers doesn't have the power to keep him off him and could cause trouble. Its a tough one to call.

    But im going with chamber with a slick shut out in my books Or late stoppage .

    Reason I said ducked tony is cause he isnt fighting him now. Plus i think there buddies like dirrel and ward. The my back hurts excuse is BS and they could of move the fight to dec 17 with froch and ward. I think they were on the undercard

    Please stop with the "leftover" crap...

    Chambers himself was a Povetkin "leftover" when he fought Wlad, and if you look at most boxers in all the divisions they're "leftovers" from someone.
    It basicly means you don't have to fight anyone that has been recently beaten because then he's a leftover. :patsch

    Eddie and Pov was a good battle of top contenders.

    White is far from the man he was.

    I think the wolf is out for some last paydays and retires in 2012. Has takin some beat beatings in his day.

    Sorry to insult with the left over commemt. But leftovers exsist. Like mosley after pbf then fights pacman. Pointless.

    Like helenius fighting sam peter after getting destoryed by k bro 3 times ( twice forsure) and hadnt done **** in years.

    Nope he hasn't, and I agree it isn't the fight I was waiting for.
    But it doesn't mean Chambers shouldn't fight him at all, he can still put up and he won't be KO'd by Eddie either. Styles/weaknesses/strengths are completely different in this fight.

    But what I mean is that use of the word "leftover", cause it just doesn't make sense in boxing...

    Not at all. Roy jones is the bigget leftover in the game. Shot to ****. Done at elite level from getting his ass kick at elite level

    Seems we have different interpretations of what a "leftover" is. But I agree that Jones is the most shot fighter around.

    What did pacman go on to do? He become a legend. Atg.

    White hasnt done **** in years KOed by briggs. Destroy by the yedi and just ktfo by helenius. For a ranked top 5 guy to fight him is just stupid.

    Eddie is only taking easy fights. Step and fight boystov or charr. Fight a live fighter

    I dont see the problem with the fight, though Chambers should win. Liakovich looked good until he got KTFO. Even with a broken nose from the early rounds. But we get to see if its because Helenius is just that awful (I´ve not been very high on him except for his power and beard)

    Charr? :lol: He is goddamm awful.

    Pac is a leftover from Torrecampo in my book. He got beat by him. My point was to show how ridicolous the term "leftover" is, as everyone can beat each other, and does.

    I don't really have a problem with this fight. It actually could be pretty good. It's a home town fight basically for Chambers who hasn't fought in almost a year, on American TV as well. I can't say I blame him for wanting a fight in the US. To me its not as bad as Wlad fighting Mormeck. This fight should actually be more competitive, and Chambers is holding no belts. He's simply taking a fight on American soil and TV that with an impressive win could get him some pretty good exposure, and his opponent will be game.
