    he has fought great future HOF ATG legendary fighters whether they were prime or not doesnt matter he has judah, mosley, marquez, de la hoya, corrales, gatti, castillo, hatton, and hernandez on his resume. the only great welterweights hes missing is cotto and pacquiao(future HOF ATGs) then his legacy will definately be secured. but even without them he will still be considered an ATG HOF
