I get where you are coming from but refering to his resume as 'overrated' is too strong.

Froch has fought all comers, since the Pascal fight, every opponent he has faced since Pascal has been clearly in the top 10, most in the top 5 of the division, he fought Taylor (who was the champion) and Johnson in the States and Abraham in Finland, whilst losing a good fight with Kessler in Denmark.

I reckon that's incredible feat, which is one big positive the super six has brought, as I reckon fighting this sequence of fights is almost impossible in boxing these days.

The fight with Ward should be terrific and is the ideal final.

Better than Pac's, JMM, Floyd, P Williams, Cotto, Donaire? you have to break it down...maybe i'll be proven wrong with Dirrell but I compare him a bit to Cintron ..fraction timid. Johnson is the best on his list and the even at 42 he has faded, Abraham, good name but didnt throw a punch until the 12th. Pascal, please.

If he gets past Ward im on board but froch isnt yet near those guys i mentioned yet and your one line opinions havent convinced me otherwise.

Happy with that, not criticizing froch, just saying the resume could look better on paper than reality, but no doubt it is a strong list of names outside the comfort of england in his last few.

Your perception of reality is whats lacking here. Its fact he has the best resume in boxing, no matter how much hindsight you want to apply to it.

You should write a book.. 'boxing facts' by perfect jet... love it, your opinion = fact, wish i was you. Perhaps you could tell me how JMM's resume is worse, Barrera, Juarez, Pac, casamayor, Diaz. what do you think of Chad Dawsons resume, not that different from Froch really? Paul williams - Martinez, lara, phillips, Wright, Marg, Quintana or are you saving all this for the book?

Froch got beat by Kessler and lost WBC title, then he fights and regains title. How does that work. And how is Froch in final if Kessler beat him.

Ward is a very underated fighter. He will dominate the 168lb division & should grow in to a nice 175lber later on. Got some great skills this fella. I like Froch but he hasn't got the skills to beat Ward.

I agree, would love to see a rematch in Denmark.

The only thing with Ward is that in this tournament he hasn't fought overseas, which doesn't make sense to me. It'll be interesting how he'd go against Kessler on the road.
